The article provides examples of conducting practical training sessions using simulation of operational activities, instructor-training sessions, and the use of distance learning methods.

- The chapter is devoted to the formation of stable motivational guidelines among fire service employees in the process of their professional training. The psychological aspects of motivation, risk factors for emotional exhaustion, and methods for improving the effectiveness of rescuers are considered. Special attention is paid to the importance of setting clear goals, developing professional competencies, and fostering a sense of teamwork and mutual assistance. Recommendations are given on creating conditions conducive to the development of personal qualities necessary for successfully overcoming stressful situations and high readiness for emergency response. The necessity of regular psychological support and support for firefighters is substantiated in order to prevent the negative effects of prolonged exposure to extreme labor factors. The mechanisms of maintaining a high level of personal responsibility and awareness of the importance of the mission of saving the life and health of the population are being investigated.

The analysis of the basic phenomenon was carried out, the project tools of psychological practice were developed (affine diagram, intellect map of the concept, sketch of the person of a potential client), a schedule of thematic consulting meetings of a psychologist and a client was drawn up, organizational and managerial conditions for the psychological practice implementation were determined.

- Over 2012–2022, there were changes in the composition of the number of employees and revenue to the type of economic activity «Agriculture, forestry, hunting, fishing and fish farming» in the context of the regions of the Central and Far Eastern federal districts. There were also changes in the structure of the analyzed indicators. Assessment of structural shifts in the Central Federal District and the Far Eastern Federal District indicate the presence of both negative and positive ones. The assessment using the integral indicator made it possible to indicate the presence of insignificant structural differences in the number of employees and very significant structural differences in revenue for the analyzed type of economic activity. The noted changes led to the improvement in the industrial index of labor productivity and, as a result, the presence of a positive shifting effect due to changes in the structures of the number of employees and revenue in the Central Federal District and the Far Eastern Federal District in 2017–2022.

- This article considers the issue of supplementing Article 20 of Federal Law No. 324-FZ of November 21, 2011 "On Free Legal Aid in the Russian Federation" with a clause regulating the provision of free legal aid to employers entering into labor relations with persons under the age of 18. The analysis of the current Russian legislation in the field of labor is carried out on the basis of consideration of the legal provisions of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation of 30.12.2001 N 197-FZ, the specifics of labor relations between the employer and minors in the Russian state. Based on this, the influence of the multiplicity of benefits for this category of employees is emphasized, as well as their connection with the appearance of more responsibilities for employers, on reducing the desire of employers to enter into labor relations with minors, and the reasons for the need for these innovations are identified. - Modern economic development of Russia determines the reforming of vocational education system and production in accordance with innovative technological equipment. The dual system is the most common form of personnel training which combines theoretical training (in Russia 40%, in Germany 20–25%) in educational institutions and the industrial training (75–80%) at enterprises. 96% of young people who completed dual training got a job at enterprises.
