    Abstract:
    Military-patriotic education in the context of global geopolitical changes is one of the factors of preserving the moral values of society and maintaining stability in the state. The article reveals the concept of patriotic education and its important part – military-patriotic education. The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation takes an active part in military-patriotic education, one of the forms of which is the organization of the YUNARMIYA movement. The author reveals the activities of the movement in military-patriotic education, which allow young people to form an active civic position of patriots and future defenders of the Fatherland.

    Abstract:
    The article examines the current problem of professional self-determination of students and the role of higher education institutions, in particular military universities, in the system of career guidance. The article defines the concept of career guidance and describes traditional methods of working with students. The forms and methods of military professional orientation are described in detail. Special emphasis is placed on the effectiveness of the joint work of teachers, officers and cadets, which allows for a comprehensive impact on the formation of youth interest in military professions. In conclusion, the practical results of such activities are listed, such as raising awareness of the profession and forming an informed choice in favor of military service.

    Abstract:
    The article discusses some problematic issues related to the improvement of the system of military-patriotic education of Russian youth at the current stage. It analyzes the goals, objectives, and methods of military-patriotic education implemented by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, in particular, in cooperation with government agencies and public organizations. Special attention is given to a critical analysis of the regulatory legal framework, organizational forms, and practical results of activities in this area. Based on the results of a comparative legal analysis, certain proposals are formulated for using the experience of military-patriotic education in China, involving veterans of wars and armed conflicts.     The article presents the issue of the organization of work on military-patriotic education of primary school children with disabilities. It is noted that in the conditions of multinational Russia in the school education system, the problems of fostering not only respect for other nations, but also love for the motherland become important. Patriotism implies pride in the achievements and culture of one's homeland, the desire to preserve its characteristics, as well as identification with other representatives of one's nation, a willingness to give preference to the interests of one's country and a desire to protect the interests of the motherland and the people.

    Abstract:
    The chapter is devoted to the problems of formation of professional sense of justice of lawyers, that receiving education in the system of departmental universities. There is a tendency to reduce the overall level of culture and to increase infantilism, the existence of gaps in the moral consciousness of a significant part of young people. These factors have a negative impact on the formation of professional legal awareness of the law enforcement system’s future employees. A particularly disturbing tendency is the crisis of the national identity of this part of the youth, since law enforcement officers, at the time of their professional duties, act on behalf of the state. As a means of overcoming these negative aspects, a system of state-patriotic education is proposed, designed to develop a sense of national pride and professional responsibility.
