Путиным закона, вносящего поправки в уголовный, уголовно-процессуальный кодексы и другие нормативные акты, касающиеся вопроса освобождения от уголовной ответственности осужденных, подписавших контракт на военную службу. Данные изменения вызывают ряд вопросов как моральных, так и практических. Автор статьи рассматривает разные точки зрения по этому вопросу, а также мотивированно представляет собственную позицию.

    Abstract:
    The article is dedicated to Alexander Vladimirovich Volkov (1992–2023), a scientist-archaeologist, a member of the search team «St. George's Ribbon», who worked as the head of the sector of archaeology and ancient history of the Chuvash National Museum. He was known for his multifaceted activities in different fields. The purpose of our article is to restore the facts of his biography and to characterize the main directions of his activities on the basis of documentary, scientific works and oral history sources collected by us. A young scientist, archaeologist, he consciously came to the search movement and consciously volunteered for a special military operation to defend the Motherland, where he died heroically. Alexander put a lot of effort to preserve the memory of the heroes of the Great Patriotic War, now it is our duty to keep his memory alive.

В статье автор акцентирует внимание на основных направлениях, с которыми сталкивается финансовая безопасность в условиях кризиса, и предлагает комплекс мер для обеспечения устойчивости финансовых институтов и рынков страны.

    Abstract:
    В настоящее время для устойчивого положения на рынке товаров и услуг предприятию необходимо наращивать и поддерживать высокий уровень конкурентоспособности, платежеспособности и технического оснащения производства. Однако скорому достижению стабильности организации в конкурентной среде препятствуют риски различного рода, самыми опасными из которых являются современные риски в связи с тем, что предприятие не может предусмотреть вероятность их возникновения и, соответственно, принять надлежащие меры по их нейтрализации своевременно. В таких ситуациях единственным возможным вариантом для продолжения осуществления деятельности является приспособление к изменениям внешней среды функционирования хозяйствующего субъекта.

  • The risks of reducing tax revenues in connection with the conduct of SVO

    Abstract:
    Tax revenues to the budget are a significant part of the income of any state. A decrease in tax revenues can lead to a budget deficit and to a decrease in funding for various government activities and programs. The special military operation was not initially designed for a long time, and therefore its financing and execution resources were limited. In the process of its implementation, it turned out, as expected, Western countries perceived it sharply negatively and began to impose sanctions against Russia, which limited budget revenues, as well as the possibility of financing this operation. Therefore, there is such a problem: on the one hand, to continue the operation, funds are needed that can be received by tax revenues, and on the other hand, the very conduct of such an operation significantly reduces the possibility of tax revenues due to sanctions of Western countries.
