    Abstract:
    Статья посвящена комплексному анализу особенностей преподавания латинского языка и основ медицинской терминологии иностранным студентам в медицинских вузах. Актуальность исследования обусловлена ростом числа иностранных обучающихся, для которых язык-посредник (английский) не является родным, что создает специфические лингводидактические трудности. В работе рассматриваются основные проблемы, возникающие в процессе преподавания: неоднородный уровень языковой подготовки студентов, интерференция со стороны английского языка, необходимость адаптации методических подходов к преподаванию латыни как неродственного языка. Предлагаются практические пути оптимизации учебного процесса с применением интерактивных технологий и междисциплинарного подхода.

    Abstract:
    Статья посвящена анализу феномена безэквивалентной лексики в аспекте художественного перевода. В фокусе внимания авторов основные подходы к определению данного понятия в трудах отечественных исследователей, теоретическое обобщение классификации безэквивалентных единиц и выявление причин их возникновения, обусловленных различиями в культурных реалиях, социальных институтах и историческом развитии народов. Особое внимание уделяется проблемам перевода безэквивалентной лексики в художественных текстах: отсутствию прямых соответствий, утрате национально-культурной специфики, передаче стилистики и образности, сохранению прагматического и символического значения. Анализируются основные переводческие стратегии в романе О. Хаксли «О дивный новый мир» – транскрипция и транслитерация, калькирование, описательный перевод, функциональный аналог, нейтрализация – с точки зрения их эффективности и ограничений.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассматривается проблема формирования здоровьесберегающей компетентности будущих вокалистов в системе высшего музыкального образования. Авторы обосновывают гигиену голоса не как факультативный курс, а как фундаментальный компонент профессиональной подготовки, напрямую влияющий на качество и долговечность исполнительской карьеры. Анализируется эволюция подходов к охране певческого голоса: от эмпирических правил «старой школы» к современной научно обоснованной системе, интегрирующей знания из физиологии, акустики, психогигиены и фониатрии. Выявляются ключевые риски для голосового аппарата в условиях современного образовательного процесса и концертной деятельности: форсирование звука, несоблюдение режима тишины, игнорирование психоэмоциональных перегрузок и последствий инфекционных заболеваний. Особое внимание уделяется структуре здоровьесберегающей компетентности, включающей мотивационно-ценностный, когнитивный и деятельностно-практический компоненты, а также педагогическим условиям её эффективного формирования.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассматривается проблема трансформации содержания профессиональной подготовки педагогов в контексте компетенциологии. Актуальность исследования обусловлена необходимостью преодоления ограничений знаниевой парадигмы и инструментального подхода к формированию компетенций. Цель статьи – обосновать необходимость смещения акцента в содержании педагогического образования на становление профессиональной идентичности как интегративного результата подготовки. На основе анализа современных исследований раскрывается сущность понятия «профессиональная идентичность педагога», его соотношение с компетенциями. Делается вывод о том, что становление профессиональной идентичности должно стать целевым ориентиром обновления педагогического образования.

    Abstract:
    The author emphasizes that amid the global demographic transition of the 2020s, population aging is becoming a defining challenge for the sustainable development of national economies. This chapter examines the impact of changing age structure on labor market performance and long-term economic growth dynamics. The aim of the study is to identify mechanisms for the economic system's adaptation to the increasing share of older age groups and to substantiate strategies for ensuring resilience in the face of a declining working-age population. Labor shortages have been shown to act as a catalyst for accelerated robotization and the implementation of artificial intelligence systems. The integration of age-diversity programs into companies' ESG strategies has been shown to contribute to increased labor productivity. Key risks to long-term GDP associated with declining investment activity and the transformation of consumer demand have been identified. It has been substantiated that economic resilience in the face of an aging population can be achieved not through attempts to artificially «rejuvenate» the workforce, but through the development of a lifelong learning system and the technological substitution of routine operations. The results of the study can be used to adjust state demographic security strategies and corporate talent management policies.

    The chapter investigates the transformation of the business analyst profession amid AI advancements and hybrid intelligence – synergistic human-machine cognition in decision-making. Relevance arises from technological shifts: cloud migrations, microservices architecture, AI integration in business processes. Drawing on theoretical frameworks and empirical data from Russian and international companies, it elucidates the intellectualization of socio-economic systems. The study justifies abandoning traditional business analysis for hybrid methodologies incorporating predictive and adaptive elements. A novel typology of business analyst roles is introduced: systems ecosystem designer, AI model interpreter, data architect, ethical navigator. Key competencies are identified: systems thinking, technical literacy, machine learning basics, product mindset, ethical evaluation. It is concluded that in the context of hybrid intelligence, there is not a replacement of a person by a machine, but a qualitative change in his role – the transition from a performer of routine operations to a strategic partner providing synergy of human judgment and the computing power of algorithms.

    Abstract:
    This chapter examines the role of the notariate in the mechanism for protecting constitutional human and civil rights and freedoms in the Russian Federation. The theoretical foundations of constitutional rights, duties, and freedoms, as well as their classification and the system of guarantees for their implementation, are considered. Special attention is paid to the public-law nature of the notariate, its place in the legal system, and the principles of its activity: legality, independence, impartiality, notarial secrecy, self-financing, and the national language of official records. The functions of the notariate are analyzed, including law enforcement, human rights protection, preventive, and jurisdictional functions, as well as its role in protecting the right to private property, freedom of contract, inheritance, and family rights. Based on an analysis of judicial practice and legislation, current problems of notarial activity are identified, and the prospects for the development of the notariate as an institution of preventive justice in the context of digitalization are determined.

    Abstract:
    The chapter examines the phenomenon of the transition of the individual from the completed paradigm of the «Hero's Path», focused on achievement and overcoming, to the paradigm of the «Being of the Creator», where the architecture of consciousness, peace and metacognitive self-regulation become the main value. On the basis of an interdisciplinary analysis, it is proved that the global upheavals of the 20s of the XXI century (pandemic, geopolitical and economic crises) provoked the process of collective individuation, accompanied by cognitive-emotional exhaustion, the phenomenon of «success fatigue» and the need for a new ethic. The emergence of a new social demand for helping practices of an evolutionary, rather than healing, type is substantiated. The concept of the «architect of consciousness» is proposed as a logical continuation of therapy and coaching to work with the request for building a new pyramid of values and neurolinguistic meanings.

    This chapter examines the pressing issue of teacher burnout in the context of 2026, characterized by rapid technological change and the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into the educational process. The relevance of this work stems from the growing contradiction between the requirements for teachers' digital competencies and their psycho-emotional stability. The aim of the chapter is to develop and theoretically substantiate a comprehensive model of psychological support adapted to working in an uncertain environment. The results of the study show that the implementation of predictive diagnostic tools and digital psychological monitoring services can reduce the risk of developing the «resistance» phase of burnout by 25–30%. The practical significance of this work lies in the feasibility of implementing the proposed models in the activities of psychological support services at educational institutions in accordance with the current legislation on psychological assistance from 2026.

    There is a hidden but persistent resistance among foreign language teachers to moving beyond a purely linguistic perspective and away from a fragmented presentation of cultural facts toward a systemic cultural approach. This chapter analyzes the historical and social roots of this resistance in the educational systems of the United States, France, and Ireland. It outlines the principles of a discourse-based pedagogy that views culture as language and language as culture, and that makes the process of enunciation itself the locus of cultural difference and personal choice. Such a pedagogy allows teachers to celebrate the diversity they find in the target culture and in the cultures present in their own classrooms while remaining fundamentally and fundamentally «language» teachers.

Целью работы является выявление роли семьи в контексте динамического процесса: от создания обогащенной музыкальной среды до стратегического продюсирования детской карьеры. Для реализации цели определены следующие задачи: определение комплекса организационных, психологических и культурно-образовательных функций семьи, выявление педагогических рисков и преимуществ ранней профессионализации. Результаты исследования показывают, что эффективное раскрытие музыкального потенциала требует от семьи реализации комплекса организационных, психологических и культурно-образовательных функций.

    В статье рассматривается проблема формирования сложных пространственных представлений (проекций и схем) у детей старшего дошкольного возраста в контексте игровой деятельности. Обосновывается тезис о том, что игра создает естественную и мотивированную ситуацию для усвоения пространственных отношений, выходящих за рамки топологических («в», «на», «под»). В центре внимания – возможности сюжетно-ролевых, конструктивных и дидактических игр для развития умения мысленно менять точку отсчета (проекции) и создавать обобщенные модели пространственного расположения объектов (схемы). Представлены результаты педагогического наблюдения, демонстрирующие динамику от манипулирования объектами к оперированию их пространственными образами и условными обозначениями. Делается вывод о необходимости целенаправленного проектирования игровых ситуаций, требующих от ребенка применения и вербализации пространственных позиций и отношений.

    Автор статьи подчеркивает, что в связи с развитием цифровых технологий, особенно в сфере образования, важное значение приобретает совершенствование системы профессиональной подготовки, затрагивающее как школу, так и специалистов. В программах развития образования преобладают количественные показатели, определяющие уровень цифровизации. К сожалению, они не позволяют в полной мере отразить реальное качество преобразовательных процессов, происходящих в среде обучения. В статье рассматриваются вопросы перспектив развития информационно-образовательной среды: объединение современных цифровых инструментов, развитие подготовки педагогических работников. Отмечается положительное и негативное влияние цифровизации на мотивацию обучающихся, доступность и качество образования.

В работе рассматривается переход от классической «трансляции знаний» к парадигме проектирования образовательного опыта. Автор обосновывает неизбежный закат эпохи линейных лекций («говорящих голов»), выявляя причины их неэффективности в современной цифровой среде, и описывает LX-дизайн как комплексную методологию создания смыслов и управления эмоциональным откликом учащегося. Особое внимание уделено инструментам микрообучения и нано-модулей в контексте экономики внимания и доминирования мобильной дистрибуции контента. Описывается эволюция учебного материала: от пассивного потребления к высокоинтерактивным форматам, обеспечивающим максимальную вовлеченность.

На примере темы «Сервировка стола и подбор бокалов» показано, как взаимосвязь языковых и профессиональных задач способствует формированию компетенций будущего специалиста, способного работать в международной среде.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the study of the process of cross-cultural adaptation of educational programs of the vocal profile in the training of Chinese students in Russian pedagogical universities. The multilevel structure of intercultural interaction is considered, including linguistic, methodological, physiological and cultural-aesthetic components. The language barriers of articulation nature, caused by the phonetic features of the Chinese language, are analyzed. The directions of adaptation of the Russian vocal school are characterized, taking into account the specifics of the students’ vocal apparatus. The productivity of the integrative approach, combining the Russian academic tradition and Chinese musical aesthetics, is substantiated.

    The article is devoted to the analysis of key systemic contradictions that hinder the implementation of the principles of lifelong learning in the modern Russian school. The author considers school as a launchpad for developing the "learning to learn" competence, which forms the basis for personal self-development in a rapidly changing world. The focus is on the gap between the declared need to teach how to learn and the real educational practice, which is oriented towards a knowledge-based paradigm and successful completion of final assessments. The article sequentially explores problems such as: the predominance of standardization over personalization, the disconnect between school knowledge and the real world, a punitive assessment system that generates a fear of failure, as well as digital inequality and teacher overload.

    Статья посвящена вопросу изучения психолого-педагогических особенностей процесса обучения математике младших школьников с ограниченными возможностями здоровья (дети с расстройствами аутистического спектра). Обучение обучающихся данной категории представляет собой комплексную проблему, обусловленную спецификой восприятия учебного материала, особенностями познавательной активности и коммуникативными трудностями. Автор рассматривает основные теоретико-методологические подходы к организации образовательного процесса, особенности разработки учебных материалов и методик, направленных на адаптацию учебной программы к индивидуальным особенностям детей с РАС.
