    Abstract:
    The article examines the essence of the education program as a normative and methodological tool for organizing educational activities in modern educational institutions. The concept of an educational program, its role and place in the education system, as well as the regulatory framework governing its development and implementation are revealed. The key areas of educational work are mentioned, namely: patriotic, civic, spiritual and moral, aesthetic, physical, labor, environmental and the values of scientific knowledge. The paper discusses in detail approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of the parenting program. Several approaches to defining criteria and measurable indicators that allow an objective assessment of the results of educational work are presented. The article is of interest to educators, parenting advisers, and researchers involved in determining the effectiveness of parenting programs in modern educational institutions.

    Abstract:
    В центре внимания работы находится теоретический анализ феномена военно-политического воспитания курсантов. В статье аргументируется, что интегральным итогом воспитательной деятельности выступает единство политической культуры и политической компетентности выпускника. Научная новизна заключается в разработке четырехкомпонентной модели диагностики, включающей когнитивный, личностно-психологический, ценностно-смысловой и деятельностно-поведенческий блоки показателей. Предложенный диагностический инструментарий позволяет перевести оценку воспитательного процесса из плоскости деклараций в плоскость верифицируемых результатов, что определяет практическую значимость работы для организаторов военно-политической работы в образовательных организациях Минобороны России.

    В статье рассматривается возможность применения на занятиях со студентами СПО, отделения «Дизайн» программного обеспечения Компас 3D и Adobe Photoshop для формирования творческих и технических цифровых навыков. Автор приходит к выводу, что разрабатывая дизайн с применение программного обеспечения Компас 3D и Adobe Photoshop, обучающиеся развивают как технические, так и творческие цифровые навыки.
