    The chapter presents the materials of the author's research activity on the formation of professional stability of bachelors of mechanical engineering. Various forms of practice-oriented training of students of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the I. Ulyanov ChSU are considered. The importance of a practice-oriented approach in the training of future engineers is noted, the classification of the main forms of practice-oriented training is given.
