  • Psychological and Pedagogical Support for Children Coping with Loss in the Islamic Tradition

    Abstract:
    This article analyzes methods of psychological and educational support for children grieving the loss of a loved one, within the context of Islamic values ​​and traditions. It examines age-related aspects of how death is perceived in Islam—ranging from the development of a basic sense of security in preschoolers to the comprehension of the concept of *Akhirah* (the afterlife) by adolescents. The article also describes the dual role of religious beliefs: on the one hand, fatalism (expressed in the phrase *Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un*) can facilitate the rapid acceptance of loss; on the other, it may lead to the suppression of natural emotions such as grief and anger, a situation requiring sensitive intervention by an educational psychologist.

    Abstract:
    This article examines the sociocultural barriers and attitudes that shape the views of ethnic Turkmens regarding professional psychotherapy and psychiatry. An analysis of ethnographic data reveals that, for the majority of Turkmens, the initial step in seeking help is to turn to traditional institutions rather than to psychiatrists. The study explores the conflict between the biomedical treatment model and a collectivist culture in which preserving the family's reputation takes precedence over individual psychological well-being.

    Abstract:
    В статье отражена проблема определения границ между вменяемостью и невменяемостью субъекта преступления. В наши дни для российской юриспруденции – это существенный вопрос. Неясность в определениях между этими двумя состояниями является непосредственной проблемой, стоящей на стыке между юриспруденцией и психиатрией, поэтому для её решения необходим комплексный подход. Поставленный автором вопрос направлен на освещение создавшегося положения в законодательстве, обусловлен возникшим непониманием тонкостей права, лежащих в основе разделения понятий невменяемости и вменяемости, затрагивающих работу самого правосудия в Российской Федерации.
