    Abstract:
    The system of import substitution in ensuring the economic security of the Russian Federation, discussed in the chapter, plays a rather important role. Import substitution should be to prevent too deep disproportions in the sectoral structure of the economy. This should be reflected in the achievement of sufficiently high guarantees of economic security, which is based on the scientific and technical equipment of the main industries, agriculture, production and social infrastructure.
