    Abstract:
    The article deals with the legal aspects covering the institutions of actual marital relations and official marriages, as well as the legal problems that one has to face in a civil order, development both in real marital relations and in an officially registered marriage. The author comes to the conclusion that these institutions have strengths and weaknesses that require protection methods.
