    The article proposes the use of Balint supervision in coaching practice. Using two case studies, the article demonstrates how group work can help restore professional resilience, reduce emotional stress, and provide a different perspective on the coach-client relationship. The article also discusses the possibilities and limitations of this method in the coaching environment.

    Abstract:
    В статье анализируются вопросы теоретических и прикладных аспектов профессиональной устойчивости и этики у курсантов с акцентом на формирование профессиональной идентичности будущих сотрудников ФСИН. В частности, рассмотрена интегративная педагогическая стратегия, включающая теоретические курсы, практикоориентированные тренинги и симуляции, программы управления стрессом и инструменты рефлексивной практики. Сделан вывод о необходимости системного, гуманистически ориентированного подхода, обеспечивающего устойчивость профессиональной идентичности, а также соблюдение этического стандарта в пенитенциарной службе.

    Abstract:
    The chapter presents the materials of the author's research activity on the formation of professional stability of bachelors of mechanical engineering. Various forms of practice-oriented training of students of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the I. Ulyanov ChSU are considered. The importance of a practice-oriented approach in the training of future engineers is noted, the classification of the main forms of practice-oriented training is given. As an example of the application of various practice-oriented forms in the process of teaching bachelors of mechanical engineering, a detailed description of the process of performing laboratory work in a special discipline is given.
