    Abstract:
    В статье анализируются вопросы теоретических и прикладных аспектов профессиональной устойчивости и этики у курсантов с акцентом на формирование профессиональной идентичности будущих сотрудников ФСИН. В частности, рассмотрена интегративная педагогическая стратегия, включающая теоретические курсы, практикоориентированные тренинги и симуляции, программы управления стрессом и инструменты рефлексивной практики. Сделан вывод о необходимости системного, гуманистически ориентированного подхода, обеспечивающего устойчивость профессиональной идентичности, а также соблюдение этического стандарта в пенитенциарной службе.

    Abstract:
    The chapter presents the materials of the author's research activity on the formation of professional stability of bachelors of mechanical engineering. Various forms of practice-oriented training of students of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the I. Ulyanov ChSU are considered. The importance of a practice-oriented approach in the training of future engineers is noted, the classification of the main forms of practice-oriented training is given. As an example of the application of various practice-oriented forms in the process of teaching bachelors of mechanical engineering, a detailed description of the process of performing laboratory work in a special discipline is given.
