    В статье исследуется феномен дезертирства в Красной армии и других формированиях в период Гражданской войны и иностранной интервенции в России (1917–1921 гг.). Анализируются причины массового явления (экономические трудности, крестьянский протест против продразверстки, слабая дисциплина, сезонные факторы), масштабы (миллионы случаев), меры противодействия (законы СНК 1918–1919 гг., комиссии по борьбе с дезертирством, репрессии до расстрела, амнистии для добровольцев) и региональные особенности. Выявлена роль дезертирства как формы социального сопротивления политике «военного коммунизма».

    The article summarizes the facts of the biography of Vyacheslav Petrovich Vinokurov, a participant in three wars, details of the battles at Lake Khasan, following which he became a Hero of the Soviet Union – the first from the Chuvash ASSR, as well as at the Rzhev-Vyazma bridgehead, where he died heroically.

    Abstract:
    The article considers the problem of ignorance of the Russian language by Red Army soldiers and junior commanders of the Red Army and the way out of this situation in 1941–1943 by political bodies. The language barrier during the Great Patriotic War affected not only the combat capability of units made up of representatives of different peoples of the USSR, but also led to conflicts. One of the methods of working with fighters of non-Russian nationalities was propaganda work in the native languages of these fighters.

    В музее Боевой славы при храме в честь иконы Божией Матери «Спорительница хлебов» в двух основных тематических разделах экспозиции презентуются документы, личные вещи, фрагменты оружия, муляжи боеприпасов, части военной техники Красной Армии и фашистской Германии, найденные поисковиками отрядов «Линия огня» и «Имени Афанасия Сайко» на месте боев 1941–1943 гг. в Орловской области. Раскрываются основные пути реализации воспитательного потенциала музея через экскурсии, просветительские мероприятия для формирования патриотических качеств у детей, молодежи и взрослых.
