    The chapter considers the factors, the influence of which can contribute to the development of regional environmental education: the status of environmental education at the federal and regional levels (reinforcement at the legislative level, place in the federal and regional curricula, the number of hours allotted for its study); the content of environmental education at the federal and regional levels; educational and methodological complex for supporting regional environmental education (programs, manuals, atlases); staff for its implementation.
