    Abstract:
    Мошенничество в сфере страхования остается актуальной и насущной проблемой, с которой сталкиваются страховые компании по всему миру. Эта проблема выходит за рамки частных случаев, оказывая влияние на всю систему страхования и оставляя серьезные экономические и правовые последствия. Мошенничество в страховании проявляется в различных сферах и принимает разнообразные формы, создавая сложности для страховых компаний, потерпевших сторон и даже для общества в целом. Одной из наиболее распространенных сфер проявления мошенничества в страховании является автострахование. Кроме того, мошенничеством занимаются и в области медицинского страхования, включая подделку медицинских услуг и симуляцию заболеваний.

    Abstract:
    The chapter is devoted to the study of the features of the investigation of fraud in obtaining subsidies in the field of small and medium-sized businesses. The relevance of the research topic is confirmed by the statistical data presented by the authors and is due to the frequency of recent detection of the facts of illegal receipt by business entities of budget funds in the form of subsidies for small and medium-sized businesses. The authors analyzed judicial practice and identified typical methods of committing fraud when receiving subsidies, considered the problems of preliminary investigation of this type of crime and formulated measures to improve it.

    The article is devoted to the analysis of the problem of academic dishonesty among students. The concept of "academic dishonesty" is analyzed, and its operational interpretation is given. The main types and specific empirical manifestations of unfair educational practices of students are highlighted and described. Based on the materials of a special sociological study carried out among students of the Ivanovo State Power Engineering University, a statistical assessment of the scale of the spread of educational fraud among students is presented.
