- Abstract:
- Russian Russians in Ukraine are, by historical law, an indigenous people, since Russian and Ukrainian have a common ethno-cultural origin. Bearing in mind the common history until the beginning of the XX century, a significant population of the current Ukrainian lands associated themselves with Russians. At the end of the XX century, Russians and Ukrainians gained their national statehood. But the fraternal peoples have in common memories of the indigenous ethnic unity of Ancient Russia, of the epic three heroes who defended Holy Russia, of the canonical saints of the Russian Orthodox Church. However, today we are all witnessing attempts by the Ukrainian political elite to rewrite the pages of our common history.

The urgency of the problem of teaching creative writing in the native Chuvash language is due to the need for the formation of text competencies in younger schoolchildren, the lack of formation of their native writing skills, especially creative writing. Material and methods of research. The main research methods were the study of literature, the analysis of teachers 'difficulties and errors in the students' works. A brief history of the issue is considered: the ideas of developing creative writing skills among foreign researchers: the most successful start of learning creative writing is 4-5 years old (M. Montessori), the need to believe in the creative abilities of a child (S. Frenet); leading domestic teachers: every child is born a potential writer (L. N. Tolstoy), the experiments of V. A. Sukhomlinsky and Sh. Amonashvili on composing fairy tales and stories by students, I. Ya. Yakovleva on teaching creative writing to students of the Chuvash Simbirsk school; the main provisions of the Chuvash linguodidacts: the support of written creativity on the development of oral speech (M. Ya. Sirotkin), on the observation of objects, phenomena (F. T. Timofeev), the need to study the structure and content of the text from the first grade (V. E. Efimov, I. V. Drozdov, L. P. Sergeev), the need to work on composing miniature texts in the native language lessons (D. S. Filippova). The main problems in teaching creative writing in the Chuvash primary school are highlighted. The breakthrough and expansion of modern oral history on traditional historiography
ProceedingInterdisciplinary Potential of Oral History and New Ways of Developing Historical Knowledge- Authors:

- Устная история: методологические поиски и новые методы исследований
- Abstract:
- In recent years, there has been a boom in the study of history using oral narratives in both Chinese and foreign historiography. Oral history, as a form of historical research, has played a unique role in promoting the popularization of historical knowledge among the public, and in the late 1970s Chinese historians began to study oral history. Over the next three decades, the study of oral history has expanded and deepened, and it has developed into a branch of the historical discipline. History is a discipline with a long tradition, and one that is constantly being updated as human society evolves. Each era has its own historiography, and each era has a different style and philosophy from its predecessors. Modern oral history, as a new form of historiography, inherits traditional historiography, but has developed its own unique characteristics in terms of research philosophy and methodology, and its most distinctive feature is its breakthrough and expansion of traditional historiography in many ways. This is mainly manifested in the extending of the object of research in oral history, the significant increase in the content of research, and the move from a single means of research to multiple forms of research.

To the Question of Interaction of Chuvash and Azerbaijan Cultures: Ancientry and Modernity
Research ArticleEthnic Culture Volume 3 No 1- Author:
- Vladimir A. Vasilyev
- Work direction:
- Special Theme of the Issue: Research of Chuvash Language and Culture of Chuvashia
- Abstract:
- In the development of modern ethnic cultures, there is a paradoxical situation: the more powerful the onset of comprehensive globalization, aimed at the destruction of national cultures, the more actively they develop. “To blame”, in our opinion, is the ethnocultural code, which rebelled against the dominance of the virus of the death of national cultures and thus led to the flourishing, boom of ethnic cultures. Convincing evidence of this is the deep fundamental processes of revival taking place in the Chuvash national culture. Thus, the unique Kokelev International Plein Air has rightfully become a synthesis of the picturesque national schools of Russia, Belarus and Ukraine. The national TV and radio company “Chavash En” was established. Recreated “Chuvashkino”, designed to develop their national culture. There is a return from oblivion of the runic writing of the Chuvash people. A program for the development of the Chuvash language was adopted. And, as it were, the apotheosis of the renaissance of the Chuvash ethnic culture was the establishment of the Chuvash Embroidery Day on November 26 by the Decree of the Head of the Chuvash Republic. Globalization pressure is also causing an increase in interest in learning about other cultures. we tell about this phenomenon on the example of Chuvashia and Azerbaijan. In soviet times in Azerbaijan, few people knew that the Chuvash were a Turkic people. Tatarstan knew, Bashkortostan knew, and the Chuvash – the Turkic people – didn't [6]. The aim of our work is to study the interaction of Chuvash and Azerbaijani cultures in historical retrospect, as well as to draw the attention of scientists of Chuvashia, Russia and Azerbaijan to this problem, which is of great cognitive and scientific importance. The author comes to the conclusion that scientists-humanitarians of Chuvashia, Russia and Azerbaijan can and should combine their efforts to create a comprehensive study of the interaction of the cultures of the Chuvash and Azerbaijani nations in historical retrospect.

Foreign Layer of the Chuvash Book
Research ArticleEthnic Culture No 4 (5)- Authors:
- Alena M. Ivanova, Eduard V. Fomin
- Work direction:
- Problems of Crosslinguistic and Intercultural Communication
- Abstract:
- The article is devoted to the consideration of extraterritorial publications on the Chuvash theme. The purpose of the work is to identify the essential features of the foreign layer of the Chuvash book. The conclusions of the work are based on a quantitative and qualitative analysis of bibliographic indexes and a direct study of the books themselves de visu. The authors of the article consider foreign books as an important component of modern Chuvash culture, endowed with communicative, cognitive-cumulative, ethno-presentative and educational functions. Extraterritorial editions of the Chuvash book appeared in the first half of the 19th century, and only by the end of the 20th century they formed an independent layer. At the same time, one should objectively speak of two exteriorics – the Chuvash and by the poet G. Aygi. Each of them is represented by almost 150 publications. The predominant problematic of the foreign language layer of the Chuvash book proper is the Chuvash language. Moreover, its notable aspect is the publication of books in the Chuvash language or their publication with parallel texts in Sweden and Turkey. G. Aygi’s foreign publications are already represented by collections of poems in Russian, published by the publishing house of the artist N. Dronnikov in France. This work is a publication that should provide an introduction to the scientific use of literature that has not yet become the property of the Chuvash Studies. Its task is to promote the full functioning of modern Chuvash science in conjunction with the world one. The authors come to the conclusion that, in general, the foreign layer of the Chuvash book has an enduring value, and many of the scientific publications published in the past are rightly elevated to the rank of classical ones by the scientists.

- Abstract:
- It cannot be said that the creative biography of the artist-architect Stefan Narębski (1892–1966) remains a completely unknown page in the history of art, but everything that has been written and published so far about the life and work of Stefan Narębski is only the top of the iceberg which is his complete biography. The author restores many forgotten and unknown facts of this biography, mainly based on the materials of the Archive of the Nicolaus Copernicus University, first of all, the artist’s own notes (“Diaries”), which had never been published before. Discoveries of this kind relate primarily to the childhood and adolescence of Narębski, held in the Caucasus and Vilnius; his participation in the 1905 revolution; his educational and creative activities in Włocławek in the 1920s; his connections with Stephen Batory University; as well as the repressions that he faced both during the years of the Nazi occupation of Lithuania and during the restoration of Soviet power here, in 1944–45. In the artistic heritage of Narębski, a close-up is highlighted by the types of residential buildings developed by him, educational institutions (museum, school, university department), modern churches, projects for the artistic transformation and decoration of public interiors (the residence of the archbishop; town halls in Vilnius and Torun). The theoretical development of the artistic training program for masters of architectural design (design and decoration of interiors), carried out by Narębski, and the practical implementation of this program at the Nicolaus Copernicus University contained an innovative beginning and provided the most important breakthrough of Polish post-war artistic pedagogy towards a modern, progressive methodology. Of great importance is the international aspect of the work of Narębski, whose personal biography is connected not only with Poland and the strongest impulses of Polish patriotism, but also with Lithuania, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine (with the places where he studied, lived, worked, built and planned the construction of new objects). His contribution to the development of art and artistic pedagogy is subject to measurement on the scale of not only national but also Eastern European culture.

- Abstract:
- The article is specifically concerned with the fact that the search for new ways of improving corrective logopedic work with children diagnosed with severe speech disorders is directly associated with changes in the requirements concerning the content of preschool education. Today, the corrective work aimed at addressing emerging or existing impairments of speech and its grammatical structure, as well as phonemic hearing is prioritized in the Russian logopedics, being the most well-developed. The aim of this study is to establish the theoretical basis for the research problem and to develop a course of logopedic classes using visual modeling for developing creative storytelling skills in senior preschoolers with severe speech impairments. The following methods have been used in the study: analysis of literature on the research subject, experiments, methods used in mathematical statistics, qualitative and quantitative methods of processing the experimental findings, observation. It can be concluded that creating motivating communication associated with creative activity or a visual situation creates conditions for children’s independent will to speak out and share their opinion. Developing creative storytelling skills in children of senior preschool age with severe speech disorders presents great difficulties. Creative storytelling is an effective means of speech development. The method of visual simulation can be used when working on all types of coherent expression, in particular, this applies to creative storytelling. In the course of visual modeling children will become familiar with graphic ways of presenting information: images of outlined objects with a minimal amount of details, symbolic images of objects, plans and symbols used in them.
