Статья посвящена обзору имеющихся зеленых финансовых инструментов на российском рынке, а также другим формам устойчивого финансирования, которые потенциально могут здесь укорениться.

    Abstract:
    В последние годы одним из популярных направлений развития и повышения узнаваемости бренда стало ESG-позиционирование. Данное направление позволяет учитывать различные риски, а также перспективы, влияющие на бренд компании, его позицию на рынке, ценность у потребителей и поставщиков. ESG-позиционирование включает в себя все ESG-принципы, помогающие экономическому и имиджевому росту, в том числе экологическому и социальному. Однако не является обязательным то, что компания активно работает в каждом ESG-направлении, здесь важна специализация компании, если результат деятельности компании предполагает выбросы в атмосферу либо прочие отходы, так или иначе загрязняющие окружающую среду, компания должна больший упор делать на экологическую составляющую ESG-повестки, а в случае, если воздействие на окружающую среду минимальное (например, IT, либо консалтинговая компания и т. п.), то на экологическую составляющую можно потратить намного меньше внимания, соответственно ресурсов компании. Концепция устойчивого развития, как философия ESG, важна не только для компании, но и для заказчиков-потребителей продукции. Поэтому четко сформированный правильно спозиционированный бренд положительно, всесторонне воздействует на потребителя, т.е., если потребитель видит, что компания заботится об экологии, работниках, занимается благотворительностью, имеет прозрачную корпоративную структуру, то он с большим энтузиазмом потребляет выпускаемый продукт, т.е. имеет высокую лояльность к компании. В статье описано применение ESG-позиционирования как части маркетинговой стратегии компании.

Благодаря проведенному Финансовым университетом социологическому опросу автор привел рекомендации для страховых организаций с целью эффективного поэтапного внедрения ESG-повестки в свою деятельность.

  • Peter Lesgaft's Ideas about Physical Education of a Child and their Relevance in a Modern Family

    Abstract:
    This article presents the results of a study devoted to studying the relevance of Peter Lesgaft’s ideas about physical education in a modern family. The relevance of the study lies in the fact that new technologies are currently being developed that create a risk of a sedentary lifestyle, especially in children. Therefore, the need for physical education in the family is of particular importance in modern society. The main provisions of the teachings of Peter Lesgaft, which have not lost their relevance today, can become a serious help in resolving this issue. The purpose of the study is to determine the conformity of the characteristics of a child’s physical education in a modern family with the ideas of Peter Lesgaft. The study was conducted using a questionnaire. The sample population of the study consisted of 96 people aged from 18 to 67 years, of which 88 were two-parent families and 8 were single-parent. The article presents the results of a survey of parents on the issues of physical education of their children, and interprets the results obtained through the prism of the teachings of Peter Lesgaft on this issue. The article concludes with generalized conclusions. It has been established that, in general, the ideas of Peter Lesgaft are relevant for the modern family, but at the same time they are not fully implemented: parents are aware of the importance of physical education classes with children to ensure their comprehensive development, more than half of families pay attention to physical exercises in the practice of raising children, there has been a tendency to increase the number of modern parents, compared with the previous generation, who are involved in physical education of the younger generation. At the same time, many families do not attach due importance to walks in the fresh air, playing outdoor games, and the need for daily physical education.

    In this paper, a study of the principles of ESG was carried out from the point of view of their implementation in the corporate governance system. To do this, the paper analyzes the ESG criteria by which it is possible to evaluate the company's activities in three areas: environmental, social and corporate governance. In the course of the study, we came to the conclusion about the importance of introducing ESG principles into the corporate governance system, about the active discussion in the scientific community of the issues of their further existence, the introduction of ESG principles into the company's management system from top to bottom, the dependence of the introduction of ESG principles into the corporate governance system on the industry and type activities.
