- Health is an easily wasted resource, deteriorating due to a sedentary lifestyle, frequent stress, ignorance of emotional self–regulation techniques, etc. If mental health provides social adaptation, then psychological health is necessary for self-development and overcoming intrapersonal conflicts. All participants in the educational process need to strengthen their mental and psychological health.
