  • Principles of formation of the ecosystem of a commercial bank

    Abstract:
    The chapter examines the principles of forming a commercial bank's ecosystem as a strategic transition from the role of an isolated financial intermediary to that of an operator providing comprehensive services for various aspects of clients' lives. The core principles include hyper-personalization, open APIs, modular architecture, and a high degree of customer centricity. Based on economic-statistical analysis, a comparative analysis of Russian bank ecosystems (Sber, Yandex, T-Bank), and a client survey, it is established that ecosystem formation is grounded in the principles of a unified digital platform, customer orientation, modularity, and security. The analysis confirms steady growth in the number of clients and revenue, but also reveals risks of monopolization and insufficient regulation. In the future, improvements to the regulatory framework are required, including the introduction of risk-sensitive limits.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассматриваются ключевые аспекты правового регулирования деятельности кредитных организаций в Российской Федерации. Особое внимание уделяется анализу нормативно-правовой базы, регламентирующей функционирование банков и иных кредитных учреждений. Автор исследует полномочия Центрального банка РФ в сфере надзора и контроля за кредитными организациями, а также механизмы лицензирования и аккредитации данных субъектов финансового рынка. В статье также раскрываются проблемные вопросы, связанные с обеспечением финансовой устойчивости кредитных организаций, защитой прав и интересов вкладчиков и кредиторов. Сформулированные в ходе анализа выводы ориентированы на выявление направлений законодательного усовершенствования, способствующего укреплению институциональной архитектуры финансовой системы Российской Федерации и минимизации угроз её дестабилизации.

    In this article, the author analyzes the institution of banking licensing in the Russian Federation. The paper examines the licensing procedure of credit institutions, as well as its impact on the banking system of the Russian Federation. In addition, various types of credit institutions and their importance for the financial market are described. The thesis is emphasized that the Central Bank's choice of a specific vector for the development of the banking market should not hinder the entry of new entities into the market and the development of healthy competition.

Авторами были проанализированы основные аспекты цифровизации банковского сектора, такие как внедрение онлайн-сервисов, развитие мобильных приложений, использование big-дата и искусственного интеллекта для оптимизации работы банков Российской Федерации. В работе подробно описывается текущее положение дел, выделяются основные преимущества цифровизации банковской системы, такие как повышенная доступность услуг, увеличение оперативности обслуживания клиентов, снижение издержек и рисков. Авторы обращают внимание на вызовы и проблемы, с которыми сталкиваются банки в процессе цифровой трансформации, включая вопросы кибербезопасности, защиты персональных данных и необходимость обеспечения безопасности финансовых транзакций.
