    The article examines the features of the normative construction of norms on bribery in the criminal legislation of the Soviet period in the Criminal Code of 1922 and 1926, analyzes the controversial aspects of legislative technique, signs of the subject of corruption crimes; the authors consider the legislative procedure for taking into account the public danger of various types of bribery in the process of building criminal sanctions.
