    Abstract:
    В статье анализируется взаимодействие гражданского и трудового права в механизме осуществления и защиты субъективных прав работников. Рассматриваются правовые конструкции, заимствованные трудовым правом из гражданского: сроки, соглашения, компенсации, возмещение морального вреда. Автор приходит к выводу, что гражданско-правовые инструменты органично дополняют трудовое право, но их применение требует учёта специфики трудовых отношений.
