    Abstract:
    This study used heart rate variability to examine the physical and emotional health of employees in prisons and schools. High-stress jobs in prisons may lead to health problems in employees, as shown by heart rate variability studies. Educational professionals are at risk of developing stress-related problems and unhealthy coping mechanisms. The greatest contribution to the disturbance of heart rate regulation revealed based on LF and VLF indices, which show a disturbance of the physical and emotional state. To reduce stress, everyone needs a regulated work schedule, rest, and access to medical and psychological support. Based on the information obtained, a correctional model developed aimed at preventing emotional burnout, maladaptation, and desynchronosis among employees of penitentiary institutions and educational organizations.

    Electronic cigarettes (electronic nicotine delivery systems, ENDS) have become a widely popular alternative way for young people to consume nicotine. However, their impact on the health of young people remains an understudied area. In this article, we will examine the consequences of using electronic cigarettes for the physical and mental health of young people, as well as discuss measures that can be taken to minimize these risks.
