This makes it an effective regulatory tool at various levels of the functioning of the economy. Therefore, the study of the current state and promising trends in the development of the regional real estate market is becoming highly relevant. It allows us to consider the internal patterns of its development, determine its place in the broader structure of the regional economy, understand the mutual influence between them and identify effective regulatory tools, which helps to determine strategic priorities for the development of the regional real estate market.
