    Abstract:
    В статье исследуется применение теории игр к проектированию образовательных квестов и симуляций как интерактивных форм обучения. Основное внимание уделяется моделированию стратегического взаимодействия между учащимися, а также между учащимися и системой, с целью оптимизации мотивации, вовлечённости и познавательной эффективности. Рассматриваются как кооперативные, так и некооперативные игровые структуры, включая игры с полной и неполной информацией, потенциальные игры и динамические игры с обратной связью. Предложена формальная модель образовательного квеста как игры на дереве решений с вознаграждениями, зависящими от когнитивного состояния учащегося. Анализируются условия существования равновесий, обеспечивающих устойчивое обучение и предотвращающих демотивацию. Статья завершается обсуждением практических рекомендаций для разработчиков образовательных технологий и направлений дальнейших исследований.

    Abstract:
    Interaction between government agencies and business has been formed in the Russian Federation for no more than 30 years. Federal law No. 115-FL «On concession agreements», which was adopted in 2005, is at the origin of the development of relations in the field of public-private partnership. If we compare public-private partnership in Russia with foreign countries, it is less developed in our country. The list of projects that can be included in the concession scheme is determined by the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation on granting state guarantees to companies involved in the construction of public infrastructure facilities. In practice, modeling is often used when it is necessary to determine the features of the relationship between management bodies and economic entities in the framework of stimulating sustainable development of the region. One of its ways is to use the instrumental apparatus of game theory. The main advantage of game theory is the ability to use mathematical methods to confirm the importance of cooperation, the need to achieve a trusting relationship between partners, and reach compromises.
