- The chapter examines the specifics of implementing artificial intelligence technologies in the judicial system of the Russian Federation in the context of building an artificial intelligence economy. It is argued that the economy of artificial intelligence represents an emerging sphere of social relations in which AI acts simultaneously as a technology, a new factor of production, and a catalyst for the structural transformation of economic and institutional systems. The main directions for the implementation of AI technologies in the civilizational process have been examined and systematized. It has been concluded that the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies into the judicial proceedings of the Russian Federation is a complex, multi-stage, and internally contradictory process: on the one hand, it opens up significant opportunities to improve the efficiency of justice; on the other hand, it is associated with serious legal and ethical risks.
