- Annotation: The article is an analysis of the impact of family physical activity on the health and lifestyle of children. The article examines the importance of parental example and participation in joint activities for the formation of a positive attitude towards sports and an active lifestyle in children. The article also discusses practical recommendations for parents on the organization of physical activities in the family and their impact on the further development of children.
