    В статье предпринята попытка рассмотреть вопросы деятельности налоговых органов Чувашской АССР как в годы Великой Отечественной войны, так и в довоенный период, а именно, увеличение объёмов средств, взимаемых с населения в период перехода финансовой системы на военные рельсы. Автором дан анализ существующей в годы Великой Отечественной войны системы налогообложения, связанной с введением новых налогов и сборов, а также механизма деятельности налоговой службы и эффективности его работы.

    Статья посвящена обзору изучения истории региона Приангарья в годы Великой Отечественной войны. Рассмотрены все важнейшие этапы исторических исследований региона в эту эпоху такие как первые послевоенные годы, историография 1950–1980-х годов, историография постсоветского периода. Показано, что историография данной темы весьма обширна. Историки стараются объективно показать всю картину трудовых будней прибайкальцев. Однако Великая Отечественная война весьма обширной и многоплановой явление, многие ее аспекты остаются не изученными и ждут своего исследователя.

Второй раздел пособия посвящен непосредственно методическим разработкам уроков по тематике «Тыл в годы Великой Отечественной войны», предложена разработка элективного курса для средней школы.

    The authors of the article focus on Agafiya Averkievna Fedotova, a home front worker, a participant in the construction of the Sursky defensive line in the Poretsky district, her memories of the life and work of the war years. The topic of the Fedotov family's contribution to the victory over the enemy is also touched upon: the brothers Averky and Anton, who went missing in the war, and the work of teenage children in the rear. The work is based on memoirs, video recordings, data from the Memory of the People database, and documents from the family archive.

    Abstract:
    The Great Patriotic War is one of the most tragic events in the history of our country. Each region of the country contributed to achieving victory over the enemy, and the Siberian north – Yugra – was no exception. Despite their remoteness and extreme climatic conditions, representatives of the region bravely joined the ranks of the Red Army. During the war years, 17,890 conscripts left the territory of the Khanty-Mansi National Okrug to go to the front, including more than five hundred representatives of the indigenous peoples of the North: Khanty, Mansi, Nenets.тDuring the Great Patriotic War, the district became an important element in the logistical support of the active army. A school for training military and medical personnel has been launched in Ugra. Fishermen worked all year round to supply the army with canned food. Wood was used to make blanks for butts, skis, and shell boxes; In addition, they produced aircraft plywood, pontoon beams, and matches. The district successfully handled fur harvesting. The workers of the North used their personal savings to build combat vehicles. They contributed money, bonds, gold and silver items to the country's defense fund. Front-line soldiers and home front workers made a significant contribution to the common cause of victory over fascism.

The author paid special attention to the state of the material base of schools and the organization of the educational process during the war years.

    The article is devoted to the consideration of the commemorative function of monuments to home front workers, widows and children of the Great Patriotic War, erected in the Republic of Tatarstan at the beginning of the XXI century. Based on the analysis of the images and symbols of these memorial structures, the conclusion is made about the importance of this type of commemorative practices as a tool for preserving historical memory.

    Abstract:
    In modern conditions of market economic activity, the process of integration and cooperative interaction often becomes crucial for the country to conduct an effective foreign economic policy. However, it is the very time that this trend has been subjected to numerous challenges and threats from the perspective of multiple packages of unjustified sanctions against the Russian Federation from a number of Western unfriendly states. As a result, along with threats and challenges, strengths and weaknesses of the process, new opportunities for optimizing the trade balance with foreign partners have appeared. The logistics flows of Russian trade have changed the vector of orientation from the western to the eastern sector. The algorithm of trade relations itself is changing. And one of the main parts in this restructuring mechanism is played by the apparatus of the Federal Customs Service (FCS), without whose thorough work success in this matter is simply impossible. In turn, the customs industry, in order to activate innovative management imperatives, urgently needs numerous initial assets and resources to fully ensure daily operations. This means that the role of the logistics support structure responsible for this area is immeasurably increasing. It is the activity of the latter that is the focus of the study. The author sees the improvement of the procurement model and its algorithm as a very effective opportunity. Based on the accumulated statistical information and scientific research, the forecast change in a number of procurement functions in various directions is analyzed. Specific conclusions and recommendations are given.

В работе раскрыты сведения из сохранившегося уникального раритета – личного дневника тылового железнодорожника, прошедшего суровые испытания на стальной магистрали в годы Великой Отечественной войны. Тыловой дневник позволил увидеть происходившее, такое грандиозное и страшное событие, глазами участника. Это уникальные воспоминания о тяжелом военном периоде.

    В статье раскрывается сущность патриотизма как неотъемлемой составляющей идеологии советского государства. Рассматривается вклад населения Актюбинской области в Великую Победу. В работе выявлены истоки патриотизма, основанные на трудовой трансформации военного периода, которые радикально изменили основу повседневности образа жизни тылового населения в целом. Приведены технологии трудового процесса необходимости для повышения результативности труда. Раскрыта разработка реформирования трудовой системы, стратегии активно-профессиональной подготовки. Приведен опыт уникальности трудового ресурса как основополагающий фактор патриотической победы над врагом. Подчеркивается особая роль молодежи в этом движении, обозначены аспекты ее участия во всенародном оказании бескорыстной материальной помощи фронту. Творческая сила, организаторский талант, энтузиазм рядовых комсомольцев и секретарей в решении сложных задач помогли выжить трудящейся молодежи в суровых условиях военного времени. Статья не претендует на полноту освещения проблемы.
