    Abstract:
    The chapter studies the key performance indicators of tourism and hospitality industry enterprises in the region. The segmentation of enterprises according to the value of financial and economic indicators and its comparison with the average industry value is carried out. Depending on the number of indicators exceeding the industry average value, groups of enterprises (group 1 – "green zone", group 2 – "blue zone", group 3 – "yellow zone", group 4 – "red zone") were singled out and brief recommendations for the development of activity in each group were formulated. The research methods include selection, organisation, table, graphic and calculation methods; comparison, segmentation, grouping, evaluation.

    Abstract:
    The book examines the current state and problems of bioheuristics development, biographical and memetic algorithms, the issues of finding optimal solutions by trajectory algorithms and bioheuristics of multicriteria optimization. Ant and swarm bioheuristics, their features and modifications are presented. Hybrid formic and hypeuruistic swarm segmentation algorithms of complexly structured images are considered as applications. The monograph is interdisciplinary, it is addressed to masters and graduate students studying the theory and practice of creating intelligent information systems and technologies, as well as specialists in the theoretical foundations of computer science, software engineering, system analysis, information management and processing, information systems and processes, bioinformatics.

    Abstract:
    The problem of the research is the identification of the weak and strengths of the innovative activity of the DIY segment (Do It Yourself). The object of the study is OP "Leroy Merlin Shopping Center" (Testers), OOO "LMV" (St.Petersburg, Ispitateley, 5). Theoretical and empirical research methods (PEST-analysis, SWOT-analysis, quantitative assessment of indicators, etc.) are used in the article. The strengths of innovative activity are revealed: price, assortment and management policy. Weaknesses: insufficient development of presentation tools and lack of innovative sales channels. The results of the analysis form the basis for developing a strategy for strengthening the innovation strategy of the trading enterprise.
