Changes in the program of maternal capital and their impact on fertility are considered. The main problems of population policy are being identified. There is an urgent need to expand the state support for families with children.

    Abstract:
    The problem of digitalization of various institutions of modern society is relevant. Undoubtedly, this process has to be regulated through appropriate socio-political decisions and management methods. Professional intervention in the digitalization of people's private lives should be particularly subtle and scientifically justified. The methods used to analyze state statistics, a review of Internet materials and an analysis of scientific publications allow the proposed study to identify some prospects for the management development in the field of digitalization of Russian families. It it revealed that Russian households have the material and technical prerequisites for this, as well as research materials in the field of family well-being (digital well-being and established digital interaction are its basis).
