- The article investigates the impact of digital transformation of education on the process of career guidance work with students in the context of modern technological challenges. The key aspects of the digitalization of the educational environment, including the use of information technologies and artificial intelligence, are discussed. Innovative approaches in career guidance work based on the use of digital platforms and online resources are considered. A brief review of existing practices and analysis of scientific literature in the field of career guidance and digital technologies is conducted. Special attention is paid to the role of pedagogical support in the process of students' professional self-determination in the conditions of digital transformation of education.
