- Abstract:
- The article examines the events of the Great Patriotic War, which had a great impact on the educational process of Vologda school No. 8. From the very beginning of the fighting with the German troops, all school education was subordinated to wartime. The learning conditions were difficult, in addition, there was a high dedication of students and teachers in helping the front. After the victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War, events related to the defense of the Motherland were actively used in the patriotic education of the younger generation.
