- Abstract:
- The article tells about the natives of the village of Turmysh, who took part in the construction of the Kazan bypass. About 300 «construction workers» – women, teenagers, the elderly and the disabled – were mobilized to build this strategic facility. We consider it our duty to share the available information about some of them. They are representatives of the multimillion-strong army of Soviet people who forged victory in the most terrible and bloody war in the history of mankind.
