Наиболее перспективными для дальнейшего взаимодействия обозначены такие направления, как русский язык, право, медицина, фармация, экономика, математика, информационные технологии, энергетика и психология.

    Abstract:
    Современные тенденции в формировании практик управления таковы, что подходы к управлению за последние десятилетия изменились до неузнаваемости и новые управленческие практики входят в нашу жизнь опережающими темпами. Однако вопрос об их эффективности так до сих пор и остается нерешенным. Опираясь на метод сравнительного анализа и подходы, сформировавшиеся в рамках кросс-культурного менеджмента, в работе авторами была рассмотрена проблема эффективности управления на примере отдельных зарубежных стран, таких как США, Германия и Швеция. Приходя к выводу, можно отметить, что современные эффективные практики управления под влиянием глобализации и изменений в организации труда утрачивают свои локальные особенности и приобретают все более широкое распространение в мире как инструменты формирования конкурентного преимущества организации.

Дана общая характеристика Российско-Американской торговой компании и участия в ее деятельности А.Г. Ротчева. Основное внимание уделено освещению путешествий исследователя по Северной, Центральной и Южной Америке и его путевых очерков, в которых приводятся интересные сведения о географической среде, культуре и быте местного населения, а также его взаимодействию с русскими переселенцами.

  • The Image of Witch in the Documents of the Salem Witch-Trial

    Abstract:
    The article attempts to reconstruct the image of a witch based on the interrogation records of those accused of witchcraft during the Salem trial (Massachusetts, North America, 1692) and related materials. The subject of research is the phenomenon of prosecution on those accused of witchcraft. The source base are the records of the Salem process, transcribed and published in 1977, as well as a number of documentary testimonies of witnesses, speaking from a puritanical viewpoint. The article examines the features of the mythological worldview of traditional society, dictated by the belief in supernatural influence (witchcraft). After analyzing the interrogation records of the first accused during this trial and considering a number of their biographical data, the author comes to the conclusion that the situation demonstrated by this trial is paradoxical: in fact, arbitrary people are subjected to persecution, and the reconstruction of the image of a witch that could underlie such accusations, does not seem possible. The author's conclusions are essential for the study of both the phenomenon of witch-trials and the mentality of traditional society. This article was conducted from an imagological perspective relevant to modern social studies.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассмотрена тема, посвященная влиянию разговорной речи на язык американских политических деятелей. Статья включает в себя широкий набор лексических, фонетических и синтаксических аспектов разговорной речи на примере языка американских политиков XXI века. Показывается, что современные американские деятели нередко прибегают к элементам разговорного стиля в своей речи для поддержания новой современной ораторской тенденции: «быть со своим народом». На основе приведенных в работе примеров делается вывод, что целью политической речи политиков является простота изложения своих мыслей, благодаря которому его языковой образ делается более близким, а речь более понятной для рядового американца.
