    Abstract:
    The use of artificial intelligence in psychological practice has elicited mixed reactions from professionals, ranging from full integration into their professional activities to rejection and distrust. The question remains open as to the conditions under which neural networks can serve as effective assistants for psychologists, without replacing professional empathy and clinical thinking, and without being perceived by professionals as a competitor that threatens their position in the job market. This article explores one of the conditions for the effective collaboration between psychologists and neural networks: the "art of precise requests," which involves the ability of a professional to formulate tasks for AI in a manner that is appropriate for their professional context.

    Abstract:
    В статье представлен теоретический анализ влияния искусственного интеллекта на профессиональное развитие практикующих психологов в условиях цифровизации современной профессиональной среды. Под профессиональным развитием понимается процесс качественных изменений деятельности, включающий расширение компетенций, трансформацию идентичности и адаптацию к новым условиям. Искусственный интеллект рассматривается как фактор структурных изменений, влияющий на функции, роли и формы ответственности специалиста. Анализируются потенциальные направления внедрения технологий ИИ в психологическую практику, их значение для профессионального роста, а также изменения профессиональной субъектности – способности сохранять автономию, этическую позицию и экспертную ответственность. Выделены ключевые риски и перспективы развития при взаимодействии с ИИ. Статья опирается на современные исследования, подчеркивая актуальность темы для психологии как науки и практики.

    Abstract:
    The study is devoted to psychological practice project development aimed to assessing professionally important qualities Federal Security Service employee. The analysis of the basic phenomenon was carried out, the project tools of psychological practice were developed (affine diagram, intellect map of the concept, sketch of the person of a potential client), a schedule of thematic consulting meetings of a psychologist and a client was drawn up, organizational and managerial conditions for the psychological practice implementation were determined.
