- Abstract:
- Corruption, as a negative phenomenon, requires the development of effective countermeasure models, depending on the state's implementation. Today, it is possible to note varying levels of success among countries in combating corruption, with positive experiences attracting particular attention due to their potential for successful application elsewhere. A comparative legal study of practical anti-corruption measures in various national legal systems can greatly facilitate the identification of promising areas for improving the domestic anti-corruption system.
The study required the use of specific general and specific scientific methods (systems approach, comparative legal approach, etc.).
As a result of the study, it was possible to identify specific areas for improving the effectiveness of anti-corruption measures in the Russian Federation, based on progressive and effective practices in other national legal systems.
