    Abstract:
    Статья посвящена проблеме конфессионального выбора, стоящей перед первыми князьями Киевской Руси. Цель статьи состоит в утверждении, что выбор в пользу христианства рассматривается как фактор религиозной и моральной идентификации древнерусского этноса. Актуальность работы продиктована необходимостью выработки национальной идеи России. В качестве примера приводится идеологический (религиозный, политический, моральный) кризис, который переживала Киевская Русь за несколько десятилетий до официального принятия христианства. Материалами исследования являются летописные сведения (878–969 гг.) о первых древнерусских князьях, а также житийные сказания о блаженной Ольге. В качестве рабочей гипотезы выдвигается характеристика князя Игоря Рюриковича как человека книжного по преимуществу. В работе используются дескриптивный, герменевтический, диахронический, историко-генетический, компаративистский, аналитический и биографический методы. Результаты исследования и их обсуждение соотносится с положением о том, что событийный ряд, связанный с местью Ольги за смерть Игоря и ее дальнейшими действиями по обустройству древнерусских земель («погосты» и институт тиунства), с одной стороны, и принятием христианства – с другой, рассматривается как следствие духовного опыта ее мужа. Мы приходим к выводу об интеллектуальном усилии, переживаемом киевским князем в течение ряда лет, сопровождавшемся длительной политической пассивностью монарха и оправданном фактом крещения его вдовы. Новаторство нашей работы состоит в том, что оправдательным механизмом для политической недальновидности Игоря и жестокости Ольги в отношении целого племени, вплоть до физического уничтожения последнего, – лежит идея о морально-психологическом воздаянии, воплотившемся в факте принятия православия представительницей монаршей семьи, возглавлявшей языческий этнос. Речь идет о трансформации идеи воздаяния: от его языческого понимания (кровная месть, осуществляемая в реальном пространстве-времени) до понимания христианского, в котором воздаяние мыслится как прерогатива не человека, но Божества и происходит за пределами биографии.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассмотрено обучение полетным элементам гимнасток на разновысоких брусьях, которое часто вызывает трудности и ошибки как со стороны тренера, так и со стороны спортсменок. Целенаправленное обучение спортсменок движениям с поворотами в навязанную тренером сторону не всегда совпадает с природной предрасположенностью их к этой стороне вращений. Для оценки развития функциональной асимметрии у гимнастов существует ряд тестов, которые могут предотвратить ошибки в методике обучения. Батутная подготовка упрощает процесс обучения и определения комфортной стороны вращений, снижает срок освоения полетных вращательных движений на брусьях разной высоты.

    Abstract:
    The relevance of the study is due to the fact that in the international year of secondary health-care workers and maieutologists, influential public organizations of the world have drawn attention to the most numerous team of medical personnel – nurses and maieutologists, because these professions are in the increasing demand. The purpose of the study is to examine the dynamics of human resources based on medical statistics. In order to achieve the goal of the study it was necessary to find a solution for the following tasks: 1) studying the opinion of WHO and international organizations on the place and role of nurses in the health care system; 2) analyzing health-care workers’ potential in the Republic of Belarus and determining the causes and factors of nursing shortage; 3) suggesting ways to transform nursing education based on existing trends. In the course of the research, the following methods were applied: analytical, mathematical statistics, system analysis methodology, social and hygienic. The author comes to the conclusion that the population's attention to the activities of the health system is directly related to the availability of human resources of the state that provide medical care. It is also noted that international organizations play a significant role in raising the prestige of the activities of secondary medical workers in the world.
