    Abstract:
    Статья (оформленная в стилистике эссе) посвящена размышлениям о роли и значении учительства и наставничества в России. Образование строится в современной России (да и традиционно – что исключительно важно!) на принципах саморазвития и глубины познания (в том числе и самопознания, и самоопределения): «научиться основательно мыслить и понимать», чтобы в итоге самостоятельно выбрать, «что? зачем и почему? как?» нужно именно тебе, как ответственной и зрелой, самодостаточной и независимой Личности, критически мыслящей. Повсеместную и активную популяризацию западных идей коучинга, менторства, тьюторства и пр. считаю неверной и посягающей на уникальность (даже и особенную значимость именно в новой России, почетность, исключительность) таких профессий – призваний, как Учитель и Наставник. Идеи именно Учительства и Наставничества – это часть нашего культурного кода и нашей русской-российской идентичности. Они имеют исключительные смысловые акценты в обществе и российском государстве-цивилизации.

    Abstract:
    Без единых, устойчивых и понятных всем и каждому, поддерживаемых и одобряемых большинством (поэтому часто даже и традиционных!) «духовных скреп» общество и государство обречено на постепенное разложение и в итоге полный и окончательный распад (морально-нравственный, социально-экономический, территориальный, политический). В первые десятилетия XXI века на самом высшем государственном уровне озвучено и одновременно в обществе происходит осознание, что для успешного развития (и процветания) страны необходим четкий вектор в виде определенных идеологических ориентиров. И если официальные идеологии запрещены законодательно и уже в некотором роде исторически сами себя дискредитировали, то пусть это будет если не некая общая универсальная парадигма, то точнее и конкретнее – парадигма идеологическая, содержащая в себе не одну, а несколько важнейших национально-государственных идей, объединённых ключевым вектором государственного развития. Если в политическом смысле СВО – специальная военная операция, то в идеологическом смысле «СВО» – наши авторские предложения и формулировки – это триада «Семья, Вера, Отечество». Своеобразные «три точки опоры» для общества и государства. Эта идеологическая парадигма призвана обосновать не просто исключительную важность, а именно фундаментальность традиционно-семейных ценностей, духовно-нравственной основы развития общества, идеи державности государства-цивилизации Россия.

    The crisis of modern humanitarian knowledge testifies to the complete failure of the Euro-centric theory of socialization and the liberal model of the world order. Today, there is an objective revival of the historical and philosophical approach to solving the problems facing humanitarian science, a vision of the subject that can only be given by a broad, non-narrow analytical framework, generalizing and synthesizing, freely reflecting and involving all ways of scientific knowledge of our reality. In this regard, the development of a new social sciences content that combines a Russian-centric approach with a scientific research methodology becomes particularly relevant.

    Abstract:
    The preservation and strengthening of traditional values is the main vector of Russia's future development as a civilizational state. This paper examines the specifics of teaching the course, and reveals the experience of implementing the academic discipline «Fundamentals of Russian Statehood» in 2023–2025 academic years. The author focuses on the evolution of the interpretation of the term «values» and its understanding in modern social sciences and humanities. Attention is drawn to the importance of the education system in shaping the traditional values of Russian students. In this paper, methodological recommendations and discussion problems that emerged during the teaching of the training course are formulated. It is concluded that the key direction of the future development of Russia as a state-civilization is the organization of a system of targeted education and upbringing, especially among Russian students. Higher education as a social institution instills in the younger generation traditional values and ideals that are translated into professional activities and preserve the continuity of generations.

    Traditional Russian spiritual and moral values are life, dignity, human rights and freedoms, patriotism, citizenship, service to the Fatherland and responsibility for its fate, high moral ideals, strong family, creative work, priority of the spiritual over the material, humanism, mercy, justice, collectivism, mutual assistance and mutual respect, historical memory and continuity of generations, the unity of the peoples of Russia. They were formed in connection with the process of formation and strengthening of statehood. This led to the formation of Russia as a civilizational state. This quality captures the current state of Russian statehood, which, unlike a national state or a nation-state, accommodates an entire civilization that arose as a result of the unity of people who are different in their ethnic, confessional, cultural affiliation, but united on the basis of common spiritual and moral values.
