    Abstract:
    В статье рассматривается роль искусственного интеллекта (ИИ) как инструмента социальной архитектуры в контексте современных урбанистических практик. Анализируются концептуальные основы применения ИИ-технологий для проектирования социальных пространств, управления городской инфраструктурой и формирования новых моделей социального взаимодействия. Предлагается теоретическая рамка, интегрирующая подходы социальной архитектуры, социологии города и компьютерных наук. Обосновывается тезис о том, что искусственный интеллект выступает не только техническим средством оптимизации городских процессов, но и фактором глубинного переструктурирования социальных отношений, пространственных практик и режимов управления. На основе анализа отечественных и зарубежных практик (Сингапур, Барселона, Москва, Хельсинки) выявляются ключевые тенденции, возможности и риски использования ИИ в проектировании городской среды. Исследуются амбивалентные эффекты алгоритмического управления городом – от повышения качества жизни и демократизации планирования до рисков алгоритмической дискриминации, эрозии публичного пространства и размывания демократической подотчётности. Особое внимание уделяется этическим и социокультурным аспектам внедрения алгоритмических систем в процессы градостроительного планирования. Делается вывод о необходимости формирования междисциплинарного подхода, учитывающего как технологический потенциал ИИ, так и гуманистические ценности устойчивого городского развития.

    В статье рассматриваются методы автономной навигации марсоходов, позволяющие аппаратам самостоятельно перемещаться по поверхности других планет в условиях значительной задержки связи с Землёй. Описаны ключевые этапы автономного управления: восприятие окружающей среды с помощью стереозрения, построение цифровых моделей рельефа, обнаружение препятствий и планирование безопасного пути. Приведены примеры алгоритмов, используемых в марсоходах NASA – от ранних систем на базе «потенциальных полей» до современной архитектуры AutoNav, применяемой на марсоходе Perseverance. Показана роль машинного обучения для классификации типов грунта и повышения надёжности навигации.

Special attention is given to a practice-oriented approach, with the presentation of an author's development - a detailed plan for a practical lesson on automatic object recognition for land surveying purposes. The article concludes that the role of future specialists is transforming from an executor to an analyst-strategist.

    The aim of this review is to analyze current trends in the development of legal clinics in the Russian Federation (2023–2026), identify key operational challenges, and assess their contribution to the training of future lawyers. The material comprises scholarly publications from 2023–2026, regulatory acts, and analytical reviews on practice-oriented legal education and the system of free legal assistance. The methodological framework is based on systemic and content analysis of scholarly literature, comparison of empirical data, and comparative analysis of pedagogical models. The results indicate the steady institutionalization of clinics, active digitalization, and expansion of specialized areas, while also revealing a lack of uniformity, unstable funding, and a shortage of qualified supervisors. The contribution of clinics to legal training is manifested in the development of practical professional competencies, communicative and legal literacy, ethical responsibility, and the civic stance of students. Based on the analysis, the following recommendations are proposed: integration of legal clinics into the Federal State Educational Standards, development of a unified digital platform, introduction of AI assistants and LegalTech, standardization of supervisors' workloads, an interdisciplinary approach, specialization of clinics, institutional partnerships, and others. The practical significance of the study lies in synthesizing scholarly perspectives and formulating recommendations for universities and educational authorities. The theoretical significance consists in developing the author's comprehensive model for evaluating the performance of legal clinics.

    The article presents a comprehensive analysis of the transformation of state language policy in Uzbekistan from the 20th to the early 21st century. It examines the dynamics of the Russian language's functioning through an interdisciplinary approach and the lens of language planning theory. The study analyzes the historical stages in the formation of the language situation — from the korenizatsiya (indigenization) policy of the 1920s to contemporary institutional reforms. Special attention is paid to the genesis of the legal and regulatory framework and the changing socio-communicative functions of the Russian language amid the strengthening status of Uzbek as the state language. Based on a comparative analysis of Soviet census data and current statistical indicators, the study identifies enduring trends in the preservation of the Russian language as a vital intellectual and communicative resource. The article concludes that the modern linguistic model of Uzbekistan is characterized by a tendency toward a balanced combination of the dominant role of the state language and the preservation of the functional potential of the Russian language in education, science, and international relations. A stable model of national-Russian bilingualism is emerging in Uzbek society, grounded not in administrative coercion but in practical expediency, genuine necessity, and citizens' need to enhance their social status. The national education system serves as the key institutional mechanism for reproducing this bilingual environment.

    В статье рассматриваются современные методы машинного обучения, применяемые для автоматического обнаружения экзопланет по кривым блеска космических телескопов Kepler и TESS. Описываются ограничения классического подхода, основанного на аппроксимации транзитов (BLS), и необходимость перехода к нейросетевым архитектурам. Приведены примеры успешного использования сверточных нейронных сетей (AstroNet, ExoNet) и автоэнкодеров для выделения слабых сигналов на фоне шумов. Показано, что применение глубокого обучения позволяет не только повысить полноту выборки, но и обнаруживать планеты, пропущенные традиционными алгоритмами. В заключении обсуждаются перспективы интеграции методов ИИ в конвейер обработки данных будущих космических миссий.

    The chapter is devoted to checking the compliance of the main parameters of the state programs of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in the transport sector with the principles of program-target planning and the strategic guidelines of the transport policy of the Russian Federation. The purpose of the study is to assess the content of the state program «Development of the Transport System of the Leningrad Region.” The role of the state programs of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in the structure of program-target planning and the main tools of the unified state policy in the transport sector are presented. An analysis of the main parameters of the state programs of the constituent entities of the Federation that are part of the North-Western Federal District in the transport sector, and an assessment of the content and level of the state program of the Leningrad Region using the SMART methodology, showed that the program's goals are formulated concretely and measurably, but their full achievement has not been realized. Practical recommendations are provided to improve the effectiveness of the state program at the planning stage.

    В статье рассматривается проблема использования наглядно-моделирующих средств в формировании пространственных представлений у детей старшего дошкольного возраста. Раскрывается значение схем, моделей, планов, маршрутов, графических заданий и конструктивных образцов как средств перехода ребенка от практического действия с предметами к осознанному ориентированию в изображенном и условно обозначенном пространстве. Особое внимание уделяется возрастным возможностям детей 5–6 лет, роли речи, игры, конструирования и продуктивной деятельности. Обосновываются педагогические условия эффективного применения наглядного моделирования: постепенное усложнение материала, опора на реальное пространство, активное действие ребенка, речевое сопровождение, проблемность заданий и индивидуальная поддержка. Делается вывод о том, что такие средства развивают не только пространственные представления, но и предпосылки учебной деятельности, произвольность, внимание и логическое мышление дошкольников.

    В статье представлены результаты комплексного анализа развития инклюзивного общего образования в России в 2025–2026 годах. Исследование базируется на изучении актуальной нормативно-правовой базы, официальной статистики Минпросвещения России, научных публикаций и отчётов экспертных организаций. Рассмотрены ключевые структурные изменения, инициированные внедрением федерального мониторинга инклюзивной среды и «Модели инклюзивной школы». Выявлены устойчивые системные проблемы: дефицит квалифицированных кадров, неравенство в инфраструктурной и ресурсной доступности, социально-психологические барьеры. Проанализированы успешные региональные практики и стратегические направления, закреплённые в Межведомственном комплексном плане до 2030 года. Сделан вывод о необходимости перехода от формального выполнения нормативов к ценностно-ориентированному проектированию образовательной среды.

Выявлены три основные функции стратегического планирования: концентрация ресурсов на приоритетных отраслях, обеспечение инвестиционной привлекательности через преференциальные режимы и увязка экономического роста с социальными показателями.

    В статье анализируется эволюция подходов к мастер-планированию в контексте института комплексного развития территорий (далее – КРТ) в Российской Федерации. Исследуется исходная концепция мастер-плана, разработанная ДОМ.РФ, которая позиционировала его как гибкий предпроектный инструмент, призванный синхронизировать экономические и пространственные параметры развития. Рассматриваются основные положения законопроекта №659095–8 и иных законодательных инициатив, направленных на закрепление понятия «мастер-план» в Градостроительном кодексе РФ. Делается вывод, что предлагаемое законодательное регулирование, формально закрепляя статус мастер-плана, создаёт риски чрезмерной унификации и утраты гибкости, что может нивелировать его потенциал как инструмента, способствующего реализации проектов КРТ.

На примере МБДОУ №79 «Золотой колосок» (г. Йошкар-Ола) анализируется текущие медиатехнологии и предлагается минимальный медиаплан на базе российских инструментов, позволяющий перейти от информационной тишины к базовому медиаприсутствию.

    В статье представлено научно-практическое исследование, в ходе которого разработан авторский алгоритм составления бизнес-плана медицинской организации, включающий систематизацию структурных элементов (резюме, маркетинговый, производственный, финансовый разделы) и последовательное описание этапов формирования. Актуальность обусловлена недостаточной систематизацией структурных элементов бизнес-плана именно для медицинских организаций с пошаговым алгоритмом и эмпирической апробацией. Сформулированы рекомендации для разработчиков, инвесторов и органов власти.
