- Abstract:
- The article presents the theoretical and methodological foundations for creating a psychologically safe educational environment to ensure effective cooperation among teachers of specialized classes. The necessity of psychological safety is proven as a mechanism for transforming formal communication into real cooperation with its attributes: unity of goals, mutual dependence, and collective responsibility. The risks of formal interaction are identified: pressure and the “privatization” of experience. Based on the materials of current foreign and Russian theories, the formation of safety conditions is examined. The specific features of the psychological and pedagogical context are considered separately: the function of career guidance and identification through the interaction of teachers. The vectors for building a safe educational space are presented: the formation of a reflective culture, the deprivatization of activities, and differentiated leadership.
