- A comprehensive analysis of the approaches to the concept and essence of human rights in Russian science was carried out, the main trends in the formation of ideas about human rights in the history of political and legal teachings were considered, their impact on the legal system of modern Russia was determined. According to the results of the study, conclusions about the concept of human rights are justified, which seems especially relevant in the modern world, striving for multipolarity.
