    Abstract:
    Nowadays Russian economy remains under the negative impact of external shocks, so it is important to study the dynamics of income and living standards of the society and to find out actual problems. The purpose of the study is identifying current trends in changes in income and living standards of the society in Russia. Were studied several indicators characterizing the volume, dynamics and structure of population income by sources, per capita income of the population and its purchasing power, income inequality and the severity of the poverty problem in Russia. Also were made several recommendations to increase income and living standards in Russian society in the context of achieving national development goals until 2030.

    Abstract:
    Неравенство в доходах является одной из главных проблем, с которыми сталкиваются современные экономические системы. Оно ведет к социальным напряжениям, ухудшению социальной сплоченности и ослаблению экономической устойчивости. Развитые страны уже давно осознали важность борьбы с этим явлением и реализовали разнообразные стратегии для уменьшения разрыва в доходах. Данный опыт может быть полезен для России в поиске собственных эффективных решений. В статье дана оценка неравенства доходов населения России, рассчитан децильный коэффициент фондов и индекс Джини, представлена оценка неравенству доходов в зарубежных странах, описан опыт развитых стран по борьбе с неравенством доходов населения, предложено применение успешных международных практик в России, требующих адаптации с учетом местных экономических, социальных и культурных особенностей.
