    Abstract:
    The acting technique «Demidov études» is a little-known method of the actor training, which was developed in the middle of the twentieth century by the Russian theater pedagogue and director N.V. Demidov. It is based on developing creative intuition, spontaneity, organicity, improvisational and partnership abilities, which, in turn, contribute to achieving creative freedom. The current research deals with the assessment of the creative freedom of students trained in the acting technique «Demidov études». The material of the research is the appropriate skills and competences developed by professional theater and film actors, amateur theaters actors and theater studios participants. The results of the study show that the «Demidov's Études» technique is quite effective in developing a student’s creative freedom. This technique allows actors to directly respond to the right-now-given circumstances, to feel and interact with a partner more subtly, to become more deeply involved in the process of creating a character, to free themselves from standard schemes and norms, and to show their individuality. However, the potential risks of this method include actors’ developing a dismissive attitude towards the author's text and a tendency to unjustifiably interrupt their scene partners.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассматриваются воздействия геополитической нестабильности и экономических санкций на международные и национальные платежные системы, с акцентом на примере санкций, введенных в 2014 и 2022 годах против России. Основной мыслью статьи является подтверждение необходимости создания и развития национальной платежной системы МИР как ответной меры на экономические ограничения, а также дальнейший прогресс этой системы в условиях усиления угроз кибербезопасности и глобальных финансовых изменений. Обращается внимание на препятствия, с которыми столкнулись международные системы VISA и MasterCard в 2014/2022 году после введения экономических санкций против России. Блокировка ряда российских банков и отключение от международного платежного оборота стали катализатором для создания национальной системы МИР, целью которой стало обеспечение финансовой безопасности и независимости России от внешних факторов. Отмечены основные тенденции в развитии платежных технологий, среди которых углубление интеграции с мобильными устройствами, использование блокчейн-технологий, расширение функционала системы МИР и повышение мер кибербезопасности. Подтверждены успехи системы в области технологии безопасности и адаптации к новым условиям, несмотря на вызовы, с которыми сталкиваются платежные системы. Указано на дальнейшее развитие национальной платежной системы МИР в сторону повышения безопасности, удобства и внедрения новых платёжных методов, что позволяет России эффективнее противостоять внешним финансовым вызовам и угрозам безопасности.

  • The Role of Ethnosolfeggio in the Preservation and Development of Kazakhs’ Song Heritage in the Conditions of Globalization

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the problem of preserving the spirit and creative potential of the traditional music in the modern Europeanized education of folk musicians in Kazakhstan. In the modern ethnosolfeggio course, adapted for folk singers, the necessary basis is formed for understanding the historical development of traditional music and its role in modern cultural contexts, as well as the need for its preservation and further development. The purpose of the article is to offer the measures to preserve the valuable qualities of traditional music and ensure its further development. Based on the methods of generalizing pedagogical experience (observation, studying normative documentation, questionnaires), many years of experience in teaching a course of ethnosolfeggio adapted for folk singers are presented. As a result of the work, the necessary theoretical and practical basis was obtained for understanding the historical development of traditional music, understanding its role in modern cultural contexts and the need for its preservation and further development. The article concludes that ethnosolfeggio course include saturation with creative forms of work that rely on «verbalness» inherent to traditional singers, and emphasis on mastering improvisation that unfolds the composing potential.
