- Summer teaching practice is an opportunity for students to test their professional expectations and ambitions, to understand their strengths and weaknesses as a future teacher.
Teaching practice of students in modern society is incredibly relevant and important for several reasons: Many countries around the world are facing an acute shortage of qualified teachers and educators. Teaching practice provides an opportunity for future specialists to gain practical experience working with children and adolescents, which increases their competitiveness in the labor market and helps to fill the personnel shortage.
Theoretical knowledge obtained at the university is not sufficient for successful work in the educational sphere.
