    Abstract:
    В статье анализируется влияние слияний и поглощений (M&A) на российский банковский сектор. Рассматриваются стратегические цели и последствия сделок M&A для отдельных банков и рынка в целом. Процессы консолидации показаны на примере объединения ПАО «Совкомбанк» и АКБ «РосЕвроБанк» (АО), а также поглощения ПАО Банк «ФК Открытие» Банком ВТБ (ПАО). Выявлено, что сделки M&A способствуют усилению рыночных позиций, увеличению клиентской базы и росту активов, однако несут риски монополизации и снижения качества услуг. Подчеркивается необходимость мониторинга со стороны регуляторов для поддержания конкурентного баланса и защиты интересов потребителей.

Based on a competition analysis matrix for market segments of similar transport services, an assessment is made of the competitive position of a transport and logistics company operating in the Far Eastern Federal District.
