- The chapter considers various issues arising in the process of realization of the constitutional right to housing. The basic principles enshrined by the legislator in the housing sphere are given. The main aspects of the mechanism of realization of the constitutional right to housing are highlighted. The list of grounds for the acquisition of rights and the emergence of obligations of the subjects of housing law is enumerated. The status of citizens in need of housing is defined. The ways of apartment building management and their differences are considered. The financial issue regulating various ways of obtaining housing is touched upon. Responsibility of participants of housing rights in various branches of law. Analyzes the activities of the state in this area, namely, the process of protecting this right at various levels.
