    Abstract:
    Exercise therapy occupies a special place in the treatment of patients with spinal osteochondrosis. Research conducted by doctors in clinics makes it possible to expand the indications for the use of exercise therapy, since this method, when performed accurately and correctly, does not cause widespread negative effects [1]. This work is devoted to diagnosis and rehabilitation treatment in the early stages of the disease.
