    Abstract:
    The project has become a mechanism for the implementation of state policy and management in the field of general education. Since 2022, most schools in the Tambov Region, and since 2023, all schools in the region have become participants in the School of the Ministry of Education project, so forming a strategy for a separate educational organization based on the indicators of the School of the Ministry of Education project is an important and urgent task.
