    Abstract:
    The article describes the capabilities of the controlling system as a factor in managing the organization's activities. Using the example of the logistics industry, the advantages of using a balanced scorecard to develop an optimal strategy are revealed. The controlling system acts as a support for managing the enterprise's logistics activities, which ensures long-term sustainable development based on the tools for coordinating and integrating planning, accounting, analysis, control and regulation processes.
