- Abstract:
- The article examines the impact of institutional quality on the effectiveness of investments in sports infrastructure in industrial regions of Russia. The key institutional factors determining the success of investment projects in the field of sports are analyzed, including the level of corruption, transparency of public procurement, efficiency of regional management and business participation in infrastructure development. The study is based on a comparative analysis of data on sports facilities and investment programs in the country's largest industrial regions. In conclusion, recommendations are formulated to improve the institutional environment in order to increase the efficiency of investments and maximize the socio-economic effects of the development of sports infrastructure.
