- This article examines the relevance of SQL proficiency for aspiring IT professionals. It presents a comparative analysis of the required SQL skills for developers, analysts, and testers. It also reviews interactive training tools, real-world DBMS implementations, and a fundamental theoretical approach. A step-by-step training plan is presented: from online training tools to learning projects and deeper theoretical exploration. Conclusions are drawn regarding the strategic importance of SQL proficiency and recommendations for building an educational trajectory.

- Coaching, which originated in twentieth-century sports, has become a universal discipline in business, education, and personal development. Digital technologies have expanded its capabilities through online platforms (Butterup, CoachHub), chatbots (Woebot) and analytics (Coachmetrix), increasing accessibility and efficiency. The article analyzes the evolution of coaching from Galvey's idea and Whitmore's GROW model to professionalization through ICF, evaluates modern technologies and identifies possible further development paths.
