- A socially oriented state, the Republic of Belarus, spends more than 20% of the country's budget on the healthcare system, as is known from the report of 19.12.2024 at a meeting of the Minsk City Executive Committee on measures taken to develop the healthcare system by member of the Council of the Republic for Education, Science, Culture and Social Development V.A. Kondratovich.
The article presents an analysis of new approaches to the secondary prevention of one of the most common diseases of the endocrine system – diabetes mellitus (DM) in the activities of doctors and nurses in the primary medical and specialized medical care system, which can ensure the quality of life for patients.
Aspects of the interaction of the doctor's team and the MS with such patients from the point of view of the benefits for work and life of biomedical ethics, philosophy and economics are considered.
