    Abstract:
    В статье рассматриваются вопросы правовых, организационных и технологических аспектов ограничения доступа к информации как инструмента обеспечения экономической безопасности на уровне как отдельных организаций, так и государства в целом. Анализируются категории информации, подлежащей защите (государственная и коммерческая тайна, персональные данные, сведения о критической инфраструктуре), механизмы её охраны, а также вызовы, связанные с необходимостью соблюдения баланса между безопасностью и принципами открытости. Делается вывод о том, что эффективная экономическая безопасность достигается не через тотальное ограничение, а через управляемую, пропорциональную и целенаправленную защиту информации.

    Abstract:
    The article examines modern legislative approaches aimed at maximizing the protection of the rights of authors, patent holders, and other intellectual property owners. The authors note that effective protection of intellectual property on the Internet requires international cooperation and further modernization of the legal framework to adequately respond to rapidly evolving technologies and digital threats. The authors conclude that the civil law regulation of intellectual property objects on the Internet is a complex process that requires taking into account the specific features of the digital environment. The Internet, as a global networked information space, poses its own challenges to the legal protection of intellectual property due to the widespread distribution of content and the difficulties of global control and identification of infringers.

    Abstract:
    На международном уровне все чаще поднимают вопрос разного понимания и названия секрета производства (ноу-хау). Это важно потому, что государства заключают между собой международные договоры основываясь на законодательстве каждой страны. При отличии данного понимания возникает коллизия, из которой выход только один – принять регулирование данного вопроса нормами одной из стран или искать иной путь разрешения. Данную проблему не раз пытались разрешить на международном уровне. Однако это не увенчалось успехом. Поэтому, прежде чем разрабатывать предложения по разрешению проблемы, необходимо проанализировать, как называется и понимается в той или иной стране, для того чтобы составить общее определение.
